- Wherever possible, we try to recommend mortgage products with free valuation fees, or free legal costs or both – not being charged fees of this sort does not always mean the product is the best on offer – we will help you to decide about that
- We have access to many products which are not available from the same lender in their high street branches - not all of these so called exclusives are good value for money – we will help you to decide
- If we are instructing the valuation on behalf of the lender – our customers benefit because our fee will always be lower
- If you use our nominated solicitor firm – (we have access to many firms) we will refund £100 of the costs after your mortgage has completed
- Lender Arrangement Fees often disguise the true cost of a mortgage – we will make sure you understand the difference between competing lender fees
